By checking the box next to these Terms of Use and clicking the "Purchase" button, you, the purchaser of the "How to Launch a Mini Course" program outlined below (hereinafter "Client"), agree and willingly purchase entry into this program to be provided with services rendered by Momma Has Goals LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company, in collaboration with Katie Casillas (hereinafter "Coach"). You agree you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding Agreement with Coach and Katie Casillas, inclusive of the following terms and conditions mutually agreed upon:

For good and valuable consideration of ninety-seven U.S. dollars ($97), Client is electing to purchase access to the "How to Launch a Mini Course" program offered by Coach and Katie Casillas (hereinafter "Program"). In exchange, Coach and Katie Casillas agree to provide the services outlined in the Program Details below.

Program Outline:
A. Client agrees and understands that he/she is purchasing the "How to Launch a Mini Course" program, a comprehensive guide covering five modules on the development, selling, creating, launching, and beyond of mini courses.
B. Client acknowledges that he/she has read the Program Outline Addendum and conducted any additional research necessary to understand what is being provided in the Program.

Non-Disclosure:
A. Following Client’s participation in this program, Client will have gained access to various trade secrets and personal intellectual property of Coach and Katie Casillas, including but not limited to materials such as verbal advice, mindset guidance, written templates, modules, technical information, business advice, and/or other information available for use through Client’s participation in Program.

Testimonials:
A. Client understands and agrees that any content shared on Program platforms may be used by Coach and Katie Casillas as a testimonial, featured on their respective websites, sales pages, and/or social media. No payment or additional services will be provided in return for testimonials.

Payment:
A. Payment in Full: Client understands the cost of the Program is ninety-seven U.S. dollars ($97) if paying upfront, in full.

Refund Policy:
A. Due to the nature of the Program, Coaches are not able to offer refunds once the Client has purchased the program.

Term; Termination:
A. Client is to have access to the Program for as long as it is offered and technologically supported by Coach and Katie Casillas. Termination may occur in the event of a breach of these Terms or failure to make required payments.

Voluntary Participation:
A. Client understands and agrees that he/she is voluntarily choosing to enroll in the Program and is solely responsible for any outcomes or results.

Disclaimer:
A. Coach and Katie Casillas cannot guarantee results of the Program and cannot make any representations or guarantees regarding individual results. Client will hold Coach, Katie Casillas, and the Program harmless if he or she does not experience the desired results.

Intellectual Property:
A. Client agrees and understands that Coach and Katie Casillas maintain all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in all original or derivative content associated with or included in the Program.

Indemnification:
A. Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Coach, Katie Casillas, and any affiliates harmless from any causes of action arising from his/her use of the Program.

Dispute Resolution:
A. Disputes will be submitted for Arbitration by the American Arbitration Association, to be completed in California, under the laws of California.

Applicable Law:
A. This Agreement shall be governed by and under control of the laws of California, regardless of the location of the Client.

Amendments:
A. This agreement may be altered, amended, changed, or otherwise updated. Your continued use of the product or service will constitute agreement to this document in its most updated form.

Program Details Addendum is available for review on the sales page. By completing the online purchase, Client confirms review and understanding of this Agreement, Program Outline, and Program Details Addendum, and agrees to be bound by their terms.
